Requested Motion: Motion to authorize the City Manager to negotiate parking lot improvements at Crystal Center

The City Manager is seeking to enter into negotiations with the Crystal Center in an attempt to improve parking flow for the Center and the Three Sisters Spring Visitor Center next door. Any improvements made will be funded from the existing budget. Limited improvements are anticipated to include parking stops and additional signage.
Staff Recommendation:
Motion to authorize the City Manager to negotiate parking lot improvements at Crystal Center.
