Summary:
Solicitation No. 23-RFP-08 "Disaster Recovery Services" was advertised on October 9, 2023. The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) included a selection committee consisting of four (4) staff members.
Six (6) applications were received in response to the solicitation ---Rostan Solutions (Valrico, FL), Innovative Emergency Management (Morrisville, NC), CDR Emergency Management (Tallahassee, FL), Integrated Solutions Consulting (Edwardsville, IL), Disaster Program and Operations (Homestead, FL), and AtkinRealis (Tampa, FL)
Based upon the cumulative scores for each respondent, AtkinsRealis was the highest ranking firm. Copies of the RFP, responses and scoring sheets are available upon request.
As the highest ranked firm, staff recommends awarding the project to AtkinsRealis and allowing staff to initiate negotiations.
