Requested Motion: Discussion regarding proposed vacate for the purpose of Hunter Springs Park access enhancements

Staff has been in discussion with a property owner adjacent to Hunter Springs Park regarding a proposed street vacate, right-of-way utilization and enhancements intended to address issues related to access of the park.
Prior to finalization of any agreements, staff is now seeking consensus regarding the vacate, proposed improvements and related costs.
Staff Recommendation:
Staff is seeking Council discussion and consensus on proposed vacate and related improvements, as presented.
