The Crystal Motor Car Company, Inc, has requested a zoning map amendment for 8.83 acres (MOL) of property to rezone from (split zoning) High Intensity Commercial (CH) and High Density Residential (R-3), to High Intensity Commercial (CH) on the official zoning map of the City of Crystal River to redevelop the property with retail uses.
On September 2, 2021, the City Planning Commission recommended approval.
Staff Recommendation:
Conduct a public hearing for Final Reading on October 11, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to review and discuss Zoning Application PZ21-088, and if approved, adopt and authorize the Mayor to execute the Ordinance 21-O-13 Crystal Motor Car Company, Inc.
