The Crystal Motor Car Company, Inc has requested a small-scale amendment to reclassify 8.83 acres (MOL) of property from (split Future Land Use) Highway Commercial (HC) and High Density Residential (HDR) to Highway Commercial (HC) on the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan to redevelop the property with retail uses.
On September 2, 2021, the City Planning Commission recommended Approval.
Staff Recommendation:
Conduct a public hearing for Final Reading on October 11, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. for Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment application PZ21-0087, and if approved, adopt and authorize the Mayor to execute the Ordinance 21-O-12 Crystal Motor Car Company, Inc.
