The Crystal Motor Car Company, Inc, has requested a zoning map amendment for 8.83 acres (MOL) of property to rezone from (split zoning) High Intensity Commercial (CH) and High Density Residential (R-3), to High Intensity Commercial (CH) on the official zoning map of the City of Crystal River to redevelop the property with retail uses.
On September 2, 2021, the City Planning Commission recommended approval.
Staff Recommendation:
Conduct a public hearing on September 27, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to review and discuss Zoning Application PZ21-088, and set a public hearing date for second and final reading on October 11, 2021, at 5:30 p.m.
