The Crystal Motor Car Company, Inc has requested a small-scale amendment to reclassify 8.83 acres (MOL) of property from (split Future Land Use) Highway Commercial (HC) and High Density Residential (HDR) to Highway Commercial (HC) on the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan to redevelop the property with retail uses.
On September 2, 2021, the City Planning Commission recommended Approval.
Staff Recommendation:
Conduct a public hearing on September 27, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to review and discuss Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment application PZ21-0087, and set a public hearing date for second and final reading on October 11, 2021.
